© Bernhard LudewigThe Executive Seminar for Diplomats on Foreign Policy (AP) concentrates on current geopolitical shifts and their interplay with global economic and security policy dynamics. This programme is particularly suitable for diplomats who wish to broaden their expertise in dealing with complex global challenges and develop cross-sectoral strategies to overcome them.
Over the course of three weeks, this programme provides participants with a deep understanding of how geopolitical events influence the global economy and the security landscape. Through interactive workshops, talks with political decision-makers and experts and a study trip within Germany, the programme encourages critical thinking and offers practical skills to deal with complex international issues.
We also attach great importance to cross-sectoral cooperation and incorporate various perspectives from the fields of diplomacy, business and security. A significant component is the focus on media training, negotiating competence and mediation, which gives participants the necessary tools to lead and steer complex political discussions effectively.
Participants benefit from new knowledge and new networks, enabling them to actively contribute to developing solutions to global challenges.
